The CREIA Advanced Mentoring Program takes viewers on a tour of standard tools for the inspector, basic software types, and construction terminology.  

Joey Lee, MCI was a member of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) from 1996, holding such titles as Orange County Chapter President for 2001- 2002 year, Chapter Vice President, 2 consecutive years (1999-2001) and Chapter Secretary 1998-1999. Joey also held memberships in International Conference of Building Codes (ICBO), International Association of Electrical Inspectors (IAEI), and International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Inspectors (IAPMO). He was a certified ICBO Inspector in the following disciplines; One and Two Family Dwellings for Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Building and Dwelling Inspection. He held a second certification for Electrical Inspector with IAEI.  He is also a licensed General Contractor in the state of California. 

Darryl Seymour, MCI was a local area CREIA inspector in south Orange County. He served as the Vice President and the Educational Chair for the Orange County Chapter. Darryl was also the current CREIA State Membership Chair and a CREIA Board of Director. Darryl owned and operated Seymour Property Inspections.
