Will Johnson is a certified CREIA Home Inspector founded Inspection Perfection in San Diego, CA. in 2005. Will expanded his certification and services in energy assessments in 2010. Certified Calif. HERS rater, DOE Home Energy Assessor and BPI building Analyst. These services include
home energy assessments and third party testing and verification as a HERs rater.
Will includes a basic energy assessment in his home inspections. Also offers add-on and stand alone energy assessment. In 2019, Will Johnson initiated CREIA's Energy Efficiency Committee in developing a promising path for energy efficiency for CREIA members. Will has built strategic partnerships to foster energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
