We will start with basics of expert consulting for insurance companies and lawyers, then move on to other fields such as water intrusion, window testing, plumbing, roofing, and other fields you might have expertise. We will talk about common forms you will see, insurance companies and getting work. This is about diversification to avoid income dips and helping those of us with many years inspecting to do something different every day!

Mr. Casey began his career as a plumbing, mechanical and general contractor in New England. He then brought this knowledge to the home and commercial inspection profession and has performed over 10,000 home and commercial inspections throughout the nation since 1986. Mike is a popular speaker at inspection related educational conferences and expert regarding inspection related claims matters for insurance companies, defendants and plaintiffs as well as contractor claims. Home Inspector Standard of Care Expert and Plumbing Issue claims are a specialty for Mr. Casey.

Mike has managed numerous international inspection related conferences, including governmental approvals, hotel negotiation and managed the entire national home and commercial inspection training division while with Kaplan Professional.
