Keith Vreeken
I’ve been a home inspector in San Luis Obispo County since 1996. I’m a master Inspector and one of the founding members of our local San Luis Obispo chapter. I’m an ICC certified residential building inspector, an ICC certified plumbing inspector. I’m also a California licensed general contractor, electrical contractor and concrete contractor. I’m a FIRE certified fireplace and chimney inspector, an AII certify manufactured home inspector, a NADRA deck inspector, and a TRI Tile roof installer. I have been a court approved expert witness for both construction defect and home inspector cases throughout the state of California, specializing in building codes, standards of practice, standards of care, and the coded ethics since the late 1990s. I am currently serving as vice chair of the CREIA state board of directors and have served in the past as chapter president in my local San Luis Obispo chapter.
